"This book was written for those who sincerely desire to know the etiquettes of the obligations, pillars, sunnahs, and manners, to recognize the Creator through His signs, and to know the morals of the righteous, as an aid on the path of Allah.   2. "to compile this book with the guidance of the Lord of Lords, the inspirer of correctness, and I have named it The Sufficient Provision for Seekers of the Path of Truth, the Exalted. Section, we begin by saying, for someone wishing to enter the religion of Islam, the first obligation is to pronounce the two testimonies, there is no God but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, they must renounce every religion other than Islam and believe in their heart in the oneness of Allah, the exalted, as we will explain, God willing."

  3. "and who would be hindered from doing so if they were occupied with earning a livelihood, has a right to a sufficient provision from the public treasury. This includes all scholars, especially those whose sciences pertain to the interests of religion, such as jurisprudence, hadith, exegesis, and recitation. Teachers and muezzins are also included."
