From the Sunnah

Duʿāʾ before sleep

How the Sunnah closes the day — the words said upon lying down, and the protective recitation of the three Quls before sleep.

"In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live."

The Three Quls Morning, evening, before sleep

"Sūrat al-Ikhlāṣ, al-Falaq, and an-Nās — the last three surahs of the Qurʾan. Recited three times each, morning and evening, as the Prophet ﷺ taught."
